Ordering All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We have 2 ways of ordering. By phone or online. Phone orders can be made by calling 847.412.1271 M-F 11am-7pm CST. Our online ordering is available 24hrs a day. Illinois residents must pay 8.25% sales tax mandated by the State of Illinois. We accept VISA/Mastercard and Amex. All VISA/Mastercard will be shipped to billing address only. Credit card will be billed as Touge Factory Inc. Credit card orders must have matching billing address. Special order items are non refundable. Special orders require full payment, and is non-refundable once the order is placed. Due to the nature of the special orders, shipping time will be 6-9weeks from the date the item is shipped. Cancelled orders after 24hr period are subject to 10% cancellation fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. Delivery Touge Factory Inc. will deliver merchandise to you via UPS, FOB shipping point. Trucking will be used for oversized products. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the total of your order. We will strive to meet all requests for special shipping methods or alternate carriers. All orders for products that we have in stock will be shipped the same day provided the order is placed before 3:00 P.M. Central time. Damaged Shipments Merchandise is carefully packaged in compliance with carrier requirements. Visible shipment loss or damage claims must be made with the carrier, by the customer, at the time of delivery. The customer must note the problem on the freight bill, or carrier's receipt, and have the carriers agent sign the document. Concealed loss or damage claims must be made by the customer, to the carrier by, requesting an inspection and filing a claim with the carrier. Warranty Since we do not control the use or application of the products we sell, there are no express warranties extended beyond the descriptions contained herein. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages resulting from the application and use of these products. Since we only distribute products manufactured by others, we expressly limit our liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer which are passed through to the customer. There are absolutely no warranty on used products from Japan, used engines, and used engine parts from Japan. Returns All returns must have authorization from Touge Factory Inc. All returns must be authorized within 14days from the invoice date. All authorized returns must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. All authorized returns will be shipped prepaid by the customer. All authorized returns must arrive within 14days from the authorization date to receive a full refund. Credit or exchange will be made after the product has be received and inspected. Special orders and used products are non refundable. Shipping charges are non refundable. A 20% Restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. Off-Road Use All engine modifications components, except those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for OFF-ROADS USE ONLY. |
